Associate Legal Counsel (Lending)
The Associate Legal Counsel (Lending) primary responsibility is providing legal services that support the core commercial/real estate lending activities of the Momentus Capital branded family of companies, principally those of Capital Impact Partners. The Associate Legal Counsel (Lending) may also assist with other types of commercial or corporate financial transactions including mezzanine and/or preferred equity, or asset-backed financing, equity investments or joint ventures. Additionally, the Associate Legal Counsel (Lending) may also assist with corporate, regulatory, compliance, employment, tax, risk management, loss mitigation, litigation or Legal Department matters as needed. This position is in the Legal Department and reports to the Legal Counsel (Lending)
