ASSOCIATE: Commercial Litigation
Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an associate to joins its Commercial Litigation practice in our Columbus or Cincinnati offices. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant litigation experience, preferably in the areas of business disputes or healthcare-related litigation, including payment disputes, vendor disputes, government investigations, and False Claims Act cases. The ideal candidate should have the ability to handle most aspects of litigation with minimal supervision, such as interviewing witnesses, reviewing electronically stored documents, drafting pleadings and various motions and briefs, conducting and defending depositions, interacting with clients and opposing counsel, and attending to certain court appearances.
