IP Litigation Associate   Location: Washington, D.C.   The Washington, DC office of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks a full-time, partnership-track associate to join its Intellectual Property practice. Applicants should have a minimum of three years’ experience in an IP and technology practice (Class of 2020 – Class of 2015).  The associate position will involve a combination of (1) drafting and negotiating IP and technology contracts, and (2) preparation and prosecution of patent applications in computer science, AI, fintech and related technologies.  Experience drafting IP and technology contracts is preferred.  A patent registration number or eligibility to take the patent bar is required, and patent prosecution experience is preferred.
