Senior Associate or Counsel (Tax – Multiple Offices)
Saul Ewing is seeking a high-performing senior tax associate or counsel to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience working on tax matters with federal and state elements. Candidates must have significant experience with one or more of the following specialties: Partnership taxation, mergers and acquisitions, or tax considerations relating to real estate investments. Knowledge of state and local tax laws is a plus. Experience with tax-exempt organizations is also a plus. Large law firm experience is preferred.
