Overview: Reporting directly to the Deputy General Counsel, Corporate, the Assistant General Counsel will maintain broad responsibility for developing and delivering on successful strategies related to Ecolab’s employment practices, including all employment litigation, while establishing strategies and processes for complying with relevant employment laws and regulations. The AGC will also oversee the management and resolution of employment claims (including discrimination and trade secrets), work with the employment law team members to implement strategies, policies, and trainings to reduce the risk of future claims and liability, and manage outside counsel. This position has opportunity to lead and manage the growing employment law team.
Experience: The successful candidate will have at least seven (7) years of employment and litigation experience gained in-house and/or at a law firm. Deep experience working with employment law and litigation is required. The ideal candidate will have significant employment litigation experience and experience leading and managing a group of attorneys, inclusive of outside counsel.
