Overview: The Head of Legal & Compliance (“Head of Legal”) is responsible for all legal & compliance aspects of MEDLEY, INC. group’s U.S. operations, with close collaboration and communication with legal & compliance team in Japan. By offering expert legal guidance, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks, the Head of Legal is expected to add value by protecting the Company's interests, enhancing decision-making, and fostering a secure and legally responsible environment for sustained growth.

Company: Jobley, Inc. provides a SaaS service, Jobley.com, which is a job board for medical and healthcare professionals. Jobley has been incorporated as a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of MEDLEY, INC. MEDLEY is a Japanese corporation listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime. MEDLEY has a long-standing track record of serving the Japanese medical industry and solving many issues they face.

Experience: A minimum of eight years of experience, including experience as an in-house lawyer in a fast-paced, dynamic startup/technology environments and being responsible for a legal team as an in-house legal counsel.

Location/Relocation: Bellevue, WA. In-office attendance is required during the work week. Relocation assistance will be provided, if needed.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
