COMPANY: Medusind is a leading provider of revenue cycle management solutions to dental, anesthesia, pathology, emergency, surgery, radiology, and other specialties. POSITION: Reporting to Medusind’s Chief Executive Officer, the General Counsel will provide global legal and compliance leadership for Medusind, with responsibility for delivering world-class, cost-effective, commercially focused, and accountable legal services for the organization. The GC will serve as a member of the leadership team, manage the legal and compliance teams, and provide strategic legal and business advice on a wide array of subjects including commercial transactions, healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, employment matters, litigation management, mergers & acquisitions, and risk management.

LOCATION: This role can be performed in a fully remote environment or on a hybrid basis at Medusind headquarters in Miami, Florida.

EXPERIENCE: The successful candidate will have 10-15+ years of broad corporate legal experience managing a variety of sophisticated legal issues, ideally gained in both a law firm and as in-house counsel in roles of increasing responsibility. Experience in the healthcare industry with working knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance matters required.
