Overview: Comerica Bank is seeking a Counsel – Securities position for an experienced and highly motivated securities attorney. The attorney will work at the Company’s headquarters in Dallas, Texas. The position is responsible for preparing and/or reviewing all public company securities filings, assisting in debt and equity securities offerings, working on corporate governance matters, identifying legal risks and providing potential solutions.
