Overview: The Senior Legal Counsel & Director of Compliance will have primary responsibility for the Company’s legal needs in North America (U.S. and Canada) and for Compliance matters globally.

Company: Establishment Labs Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ESTA) is a global medical technology company dedicated to improving women’s health and wellness, principally in breast aesthetics and reconstruction. The company’s global headquarters and manufacturing are in Costa Rica, and the company sells its FemTech solutions in over 85 countries.  A new North American headquarters is being set up in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX area.

Experience: 8+ years of relevant transactional experience, ideally from a mix of big law firm and in-house positions. Medical device or other health science experience, including FDA and other medical device regulatory experience is strongly preferred.

Location:   Dallas/Ft. Worth area.  The Company prefers candidates to be located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and will relocate candidates interested in the role.    Company currently has a hybrid work model, so will consider flexible work arrangements.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience. The package includes base salary, target bonus, significant equity, and benefits.
