Overview: Reporting to the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary, the Senior Corporate Counsel will support the Company’s day-to-day business operations and have exposure to all matters handled by the legal department of a global manufacturing company including matters related to contracts, M&A, compliance, governance, and other general legal matters as may be assigned.
