Overview:
Reporting to the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary, the Senior Corporate Counsel will support the Company’s day-to-day business operations and have exposure to all matters handled by the legal department of a global manufacturing company including matters related to contracts, M&A, compliance, governance, and other general legal matters as may be assigned. The Senior Corporate Counsel is a newly created role and will be the only other in-house attorney for the Company.

Experience:
The successful candidate will have 5-7+ years of legal experience as a generalist preferably with global manufacturing, complex transactional, and private equity experience.
Location/Relocation:
Durham, NC. Yes, this is a national search, but local candidates are preferred.
Compensation:
Competitive and commensurate with experience. The package includes a base salary, target bonus, long term incentive, and benefits.
