Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a large, pre-eminent southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking a mid-level corporate Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Associate Attorney. Preferred candidates would have three to five years of corporate restructuring and complex commercial bankruptcy experience, which may include a Bankruptcy Court clerkship.
Prior experience in finance transactions encouraged. Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent academic credentials. Competitive compensation package includes full benefits.
