ASSOCIATE: Commercial & Employment Litigation Practice

The Boston office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an associate to joins its Commercial & Employment Litigation practice. EBG is a relatively new entrant to the Boston market, having opened in 2020. It is a growing office with a very collegial team of litigation, employment, and health care attorneys.
Candidates should have a minimum of five years of relevant litigation experience, preferably in the areas of complex business and commercial disputes and employment litigation (including discrimination, wage & hour, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets). The ideal candidate should have the ability to handle most aspects of litigation with minimal supervision, such as drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; collecting, reviewing, and producing ESI; conducting and defending depositions; interacting with clients and opposing counsel; and attending to certain court appearances.
Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills. Juris Doctorate degree required. Admission to practice law in Massachusetts is mandatory.
