Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. has an opportunity for an Associate Attorney to join our Worker's Compensation practice group in our Charleston, South Carolina office. This position can be held in either our Charleston office or our Columbia office. Candidates should have 1-2 years' experience in Worker's Compensation, excellent academic credentials, and be admitted to the South Carolina Bar. The ideal candidate will possess strong oral advocacy, writing, and analytical skills. Previous law review, moot court, or judicial clerkship experience is preferred.
As a Worker's Compensation Associate, candidates will have an immediate opportunity for significant case handling responsibility and interaction with clients. Successful candidates must be motivated, highly organized, and have the ability to manage a caseload as the lead attorney, while receiving mentoring, training, and supervision from senior lawyers at the firm.
