Morton & Gettys, an established mid-sized firm located in downtown Rock Hill, SC, is currently recruiting an experienced Litigation Attorney. Our growing civil litigation practice represents businesses of all sizes and individuals in a variety of matters.
Our preferred candidate will have 3 – 5 years’ litigation experience and will possess both a South Carolina and a North Carolina license. Experience in real estate litigation and/or probate litigation is highly desirable for this position. Interested candidates should possess a desire to work with a diverse client base on a variety of litigation matters.

Compensation includes a competitive salary, quarterly non-discretionary incentive bonuses, and full benefits. We also offer 401(k) with a 4% employer match. Attorneys receive fully paid CLE expenses, bar expenses, and an office decorating allowance.
