HuntonAK Pathfinders Fellowship Program
The HuntonAK Pathfinders Fellowship has been established to attract outstanding first-generation law students to the private practice of law while helping these students be successful in law school through both work and mentorship experiences afforded by the program. Our HuntonAK Pathfinders Program provides a potential fellowship award of up to $25,000, as outlined in the full Fellowship description here, to selected summer associates who are participating in our 2L summer associate program. Hunton Andrews Kurth is committed to recruiting, retaining and advancing diverse lawyers and our HuntonAK Pathfinders Fellowship program is one of the many programs we have implemented to contribute toward enhancing the diversity of our firm and profession. Students interested in applying to this program in conjunction with their application for a 2L summer associate position are required to submit a First Generation statement, which explains their first generation law student experience and what motivated them to consider law as a profession, along with their application materials.
