Overview: Reporting to the VP & Deputy General Counsel, this Senior Counsel role is a newly created position focusing on international transactions, operations, and litigation/arbitration. It will work alongside other attorneys when needed for M&A, finance, compliance, corporate governance, and HR matters.

Compensation: Compensation based on experience.
Location: Dallas, TX.
Relocation: Yes.
Work Model: In the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Experience: 6-10 years of experience, preferably a mix of in-house and sophisticated law firm training. International transaction experience is highly preferred, but other backgrounds will be considered case-by-case.
