Inari Agriculture, Inc. (Inari) has exclusively retained Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA) to conduct a search for a Corporate Counsel to be located in Cambridge, MA.
Overview
The Corporate Counsel will take responsibility for selected corporate legal matters including implementing policies and procedures to prepare the company for a potential IPO. The Corporate Counsel will also partner with R&D, Data and Information (including Inari’s Machine learning/AI function and IS&T), and Finance to provide legal support on a wide range of matters (drafting, reviewing, negotiating), legal opinions, and risk management.

Experience
Inari is seeking a talented attorney with corporate attorney preferably with securities experience who would like to work at a mission driven company. The successful candidate will have foundational training working at a respected law firm as a corporate attorney. In-house and/or sector experience is a plus but not required. Experience preparing a company for or conducting an IPO is desirable.
Compensation
A competitive compensation package is offered for this position commensurate with experience, and will include base salary, annual target cash bonus, and equity.
Location/Relocation
Cambridge, MA. The Corporate Counsel will be expected to be on-site 2-3 days/week. Relocation assistance is available for top candidates.
