Overview:
Reporting to the CEO, the SVP, Legal is a key position advising the CEO and executive leadership team within the organization and coordinating the in-house and outside legal function of Epiphany.

Epiphany Dermatology is a rapidly expanding dermatology company, driven by a passion to improve access to high-quality dermatologic care in a values-based manner. The company has extensive operations spanning 77 dermatology clinics across 13 states and counting including Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Wyoming with plans to triple its footprint over the next 4-5 years.
Experience:
The successful candidate will have 7+ years’ experience in general corporate and commercial matters with at least five years’ experience representing clients in fast-paced and challenging industries with a well-established law firm. The ideal candidate will have a breadth of general corporate and commercial law experience. Health care experience is a requirement, although truly exceptional candidates without health care experience may be considered. Experience in corporate matters, M&A, and general commercial matters required. Generalist experience across employment, real estate, litigation management, and regulatory affairs (particularly as they relate to health care regulation), is preferred. Some experience with private equity is a plus.
Compensation:
Competitive base, bonus and long-term incentive.

Strong preference for local candidates; however, relocation support will be considered for candidates outside of the market.
