Overview: Building on Transdev’s purpose and values, the Senior Counsel, Labor or Director of Labor Relations, will act as a member of the Corporate Legal Department with a concentration on Traditional Labor matters across assigned divisions of the Company. On a corporate level, the duties may also include general legal assignments with respect to all divisions of the Company.
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of labor relations experience. Significant experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements is required.
Compensation: The salary range for this role is between $175,000 - $200,000 plus annual bonus. Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.

Location: Transdev is looking for 2-3 regionally based labor professionals. Regions include California/West Coast, Midwest region, and East Coast. This role is remote in this respect and is not based at the HQ in Lombard, Illinois. This role will require travel throughout the assigned divisions within the U.S., based on business need (approx. 30%).
