SUMMARY: This position is located in the Office of General Counsel (OGC), United States Development Finance Corporation (DFC), the U.S. Government's development finance bank. The successful candidate will serve as an Assistant General Counsel and advise on the legal and policy aspects of all, one, or more of DFC's finance, equity investment, and/or political risk insurance programs. NOTE: The duty location may be negotiable upon selection.
