About Stoel Rives and the Corporate Team The Project Finance group of Stoel Rives LLP is seeking an associate attorney with 5-9 years of experience to join its Corporate Practice Group focusing on project finance, including debt and tax equity, and M&A, with an emphasis on renewable energy-related transactions. Although many members of the project finance group sit in our Seattle office, we will consider applicants to sit in any of our other offices. The individual must have experience managing deals and teams independently. Many of our colleagues did not start their career as the “traditional project finance associate” and their diverse perspectives are valued.
