Position: The Corporate Counsel will have a diverse portfolio of responsibilities supporting various business teams across the Company, including both the procurement and commercialization of all manner of technology and serving as the principal counselor and subject matter expert across the Company regarding the development and implementation of data privacy compliance. The successful candidate will also provide additional legal support to other functions and handle special projects as necessary for the Legal Department.
Experience: The successful candidate will have at least five (5) years of legal experience gained in a law firm and/or in-house environment, which will include experience structuring and negotiating sophisticated technology related agreements and in developing, implementing and/or supporting data privacy compliance programs for multinational businesses.
Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan. This is a national search.
Bar: Licensed to practice in Michigan or admitted to a State Bar of any US State or the District of Columbia (and able to be admitted to the Michigan Bar within twelve (12) months following the commencement of the position).
