Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a partnership-track associate to join the Insurance group in our Los Angeles or San Francisco office. We are open to considering full-time remote arrangements within the state of California. California bar admission is required.
Our ideal candidate will possess at least three-six years of legal experience with litigation matters in the insurance industry. We are seeking candidates with the capacity to manage multiple assignments concurrently and the proven ability to produce top quality work with minimal supervision. Candidates must also have excellent writing and analytical skills.
Faegre Drinker’s Insurance group works with some of the nation’s largest insurance industry clients. Our Insurance associates work directly with our clients, engage meaningfully with insurance industry groups, and join business development opportunities in the early stages of their career.

The anticipated initial salary range for someone who is hired into this position in California is $245,000 - $305,000.
Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, other job-related factors, including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law. The initial salary range listed above is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for associates, which includes productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
