Primary Responsibilities

• Provide coverage and support to attorneys on a wide array of matters, including subpoenas (civil, criminal, and regulatory), investigations, civil litigations, and regulatory actions that concern a variety of divisions and departments within the Firm.
• Collaborate with various members of the Firm's IT Department to source documents and data stored in electronic formats, including shared drives, electronic communications, phone logs, phone recordings, account statements, and trading data.
• Liaise with outside counsel on litigations and regulatory matters to ensure that documents and data are delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure that tasks are accomplished in a timely manner.
• Position is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the office.

• Thorough attention to detail and the ability to effectively track information and follow up on outstanding items.
• Ability to produce high-quality, error-free deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline sensitive environment.
• Excellent communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate and establish strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders of all levels of seniority and background.
• Project management abilities; must be able to manage multiple responsibilities & projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Internet-based applications and databases.
