- Qualified candidates will have 3-6 years of law firm mergers & acquisitions experience.
- M&A and commercial transactions experience in the oil and gas sector is preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, businesses, and legal teams.
- Must have strong academic record, excellent writing and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently with clients and colleagues.
- PA bar preferred
