Overview: Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, General Counsel & Secretary, the Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer will be a critical member of the Legal and Compliance leadership team. The CCO will lead a global team and will be responsible for overseeing all compliance initiatives at Dentsply Sirona and ensuring the organization is in compliance with all laws, regulatory requirements, data privacy statutes, policies, and procedures. In addition, the CCO is responsible for establishing global standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the compliance programs throughout the Company are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting noncompliance with applicable global laws and required regulations.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Chief Compliance Officer or other senior-level compliance management role at a healthcare company. Experience in the medical device and/or dental industries is a strong plus. Experience in a related industry, such as healthcare or pharmaceutical, is a plus.
Compensation: A competitive compensation package will be offered for this position commensurate with experience.
Location: Charlotte, NC is strongly preferred or otherwise with frequent travel to Charlotte as well as to the Company’s other global locations and facilities.
