Littler Mendelson PC is seeking a privacy focused attorney with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the areas of privacy, information security, and data protection. Relevant areas of experience include security incident preparedness and response, social media, electronic monitoring policies, surveillance laws, “bring-your-own-device” (BYOD) programs, background checks, HIPAA compliance, California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights and Enforcement Act of 2020 (CPRA) and non-U.S. data protection laws. Candidates with a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certification encouraged. This position provides the opportunity to work substantially on advice and counsel matters with limited involvement in litigation.
