Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 years of traditional labor law experience to join its Columbus, Ohio office. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and their experience should include: traditional labor law experience, including client counseling on labor relations strategy and the National Labor Relations Act, handling unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board, research and writing projects regarding labor relations, grievance and arbitration proceedings, collective bargaining, union campaigns and elections, and related matters before state agencies and the National Labor Relations Board. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in in Ohio.Â
