Litigation Associate
Description: Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in Charlotte, Greensboro, or Raleigh, NC for an associate in the Litigation Department to work on construction cases and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of relevant construction and litigation experience. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina. License to practice law in the State of South Carolina is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Strong research, writing skills, and academic record. Experience in all aspects of litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
