Hall Render Killian Heath & Lyman, the nation’s largest healthcare focused law firm, is seeking Real Estate and Transactional attorneys with at least 10 years of experience to join our Health Transactions Practice Group.  Candidates will work with hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and other healthcare service providers, on complex healthcare transactions.  The ideal candidate will have significant experience in mergers/acquisitions, general corporate transactions, or real estate, and be interested in working with an interdisciplinary, collaborative team.  Experience representing health care organizations preferred.  The attorney could be based in Hall Render’s Dallas, Milwaukee, Raleigh or Troy (Michigan) office, or remotely depending on the candidate’s experience and skill set.
