Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a large Southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking an experienced Transactional Lawyer for its Charlotte office working in its 100+ lawyer Financial Services practice. Typical transactions include representation of private equity firms, direct lenders and other investors making structured capital investments.

Preferred candidates would have at least four years of transactional experience in finance and must have an advanced knowledge of credit agreements, note purchase agreements, warrants and the ancillary documentation used in connection therewith. Excellent work experience, academic performance and strong interpersonal skills are required.
