At least 3 years of experience in some or all of the following substantive areas:
Representation of health insurers and HMOs, PBMs, TPAs, and other vendors to health insurers
Health insurer and HMO participation in governmental health care programs (Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D, Medicaid Managed Care, Qualified Health Plans)
Prescription drug pricing, PBM, AWP, and pharmacy regulation
Representation of providers and pharmacies in connection with issues relating to contracting with and payment by health insurers, PBMs, and TPAs
State insurance regulation of risk-bearing arrangements involving health care services
Experience performing some or all of the following types of work:
Regulatory research and analysis (compliance-oriented)
Health regulatory M&A work (due diligence and negotiation of transaction documents)
Commercial transactional work (value-based provider contracting, vendor contracting)
Excellent analytical and writing skills
Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying
Expected Pay Range for Associates: 2023/2022 Class Compensation Years: $215,000
2021 Class Compensation Years: $225,000
2020 Class Compensation Years: $250,000
2019 Class Compensation Years: $295,000
2018 Class Compensation Years: $345,000
2017 Class Compensation Years: $370,000
2016 Class Compensation Years: $400,000
2015 and more senior class compensation years: $415,000
