Overview: Serve as a key member of a Legal Department operating under the vision that (a) its lawyers are business people first and lawyers second (i.e., they approach legal issues from the perspective of a business person) and (b) although you cannot do everything with personal relationships, you cannot do anything without them.  This position advises management across the company’s global business operations – including engineering, manufacturing, sales, and customer support – concerning contracts, compliance, dispute resolution and other issues.  Responsibilities include negotiating complex customer and supplier agreements, managing outside counsel in dispute resolution proceedings and supporting compliance functions.

Experience: 10+ years’ legal experience or equivalent combination of legal and other relevant work experience. Junior candidates are encouraged to apply as well.
