GTY Technology has exclusively retained Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA) to conduct a search for a General Counsel to be located in Boston, MA with a remote/hybrid option. 

Overview

GTY is seeking an independent, strategic, emotionally intelligent, organized, and mission-driven leader who is excited to serve as GTY’s General Counsel.  The General Counsel will be a strategic member, trusted thought-partner, and sage advisor on legal and related business issues.

Experience

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience, including prior experience leading the legal function and team as General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel of a SaaS company.

Compensation

Competitive and commensurate with experience consisting of base salary, annual cash bonus, and equity.

Location

Remote with preference for someone living in the East coast or Midwest.
