Dentsply Sirona (“the Company”) has exclusively retained Major, Lindsey & Africa to conduct a search for a Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) to be located in Charlotte, NC or Bensheim, Germany. Overview: Reporting to the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer, the Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer will be a critical member of the Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and Compliance leadership team. The CCO will lead a global team and will be responsible for overseeing all compliance initiatives at Dentsply Sirona and ensuring the organization is in compliance with all laws, regulatory requirements, data privacy statutes, policies, and procedures. In addition, the CCO is responsible for establishing global standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the compliance programs throughout the Company are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting noncompliance with applicable global laws and required regulations.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Chief Compliance Officer or other senior-level compliance management role at a highly regulated global company. Experience in the dental, pharmaceutical, and/or medical device industries is a plus.

Compensation: A competitive compensation package will be offered for this position commensurate with experience.

Location: Charlotte, NC or Bensheim, Germany, with flexibility to travel globally as needed. There is no opportunity for remote work; Dentsply Sirona is on a hybrid schedule.

Relocation: Yes. This is a global search.
