The Los Angeles office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an attorney to work at the level of a mid-level associate in its growing national management-side Employment, Labor and Workforce Management practice.
Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience dealing with traditional labor issues including, but not limited to, the National Labor Relations Act, NLRB administrative and enforcement proceedings, handling of ULPs, labor arbitrations, union campaigns and negotiations of collective bargaining agreements.
Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills. Juris Doctorate degree is required. Admission to practice law in California is mandatory.
The expected salary range for this position is $205,000 - $290,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, licensure or certification obtained. Market and Firm factors are also considered. In addition to the base salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
