Holland & Hart's Intellectual Property group is seeking mid-level and senior associates attorney to join its IP Litigation practice in either its Boulder or Denver office.
Come join our vibrant, growing team doing dynamic IP litigation work at the dominant firm in the Mountain West. Where you lack the skills, we will mentor you to success.
Boulder or Denver (3-5 years): We are seeking candidates (i) with an excellent academic record from a top-tier law school; (ii) with 3-5 years of quality experience primarily in intellectual property litigation and enforcement matters with strong substantive experience in trademark and copyright law as well as experience practicing before the TTAB; (iii) who are team oriented with superior written and oral communication skills; and (iv) who embody our firm values (https://www.hollandhart.com/statement-of-values). Candidate will need to be or become Colorado licensed.
Boulder or Denver (6+ years): We are seeking candidates (i) with an excellent academic record from a top-tier law school; (ii) with 6+ years of quality experience primarily in intellectual property cases, with strong substantive experience in patent, trademark and copyright law as well as experience practicing before the TTAB; (iii) who are team oriented with superior written and oral communication skills; and (iv) who embody our firm values (https://www.hollandhart.com/statement-of-values). Salary Range:
Holland & Hart’s compensation is merit-based. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $190,000 - $200,000 (3-5 years) and $205,000 - $270,000 (6+ years). A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance. Associates are also eligible for fee splits.
