Baird Holm LLP is seeking a highly motivated associate attorney with a minimum of three years of litigation experience to join our Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits practice group. Ideally the candidate will have substantial experience in employment litigation both at the federal and state levels. Additionally, a successful candidate must have an outstanding academic record, excellent analytical and critical thinking capabilities, and be an effective written and verbal communicator. Â
