Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking a Welfare Plan attorney to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.  Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of health and welfare plan experience. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a reduced billable hours requirement.  This position is ideal for an attorney seeking interesting, challenging work that allows more flexibility than the shareholder path. Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this position is performed from Colorado, the starting salary is $130,000, and the current salary range for the position is $130,000 - $160,000.  Pursuant to New York City regulations, if this position is performed from the city of New York, the starting salary is $150,000, and the current salary range for the position is $150,000 - $180,00
