The Counsel position is responsible for supporting and providing legal advice to the business office, acquisition, and project execution teams for corporate operations, asset management projects, and development projects. This position will work collaboratively to ensure JL consistently meets business plan objectives, schedule, budget requirements, and return metrics, while also following legal processes and mitigating risk. Acquisitions and project execution from a legal perspective will include all stages of project timelines, including understanding confidentiality and supporting the execution of non-circumvention agreements, service providers contracts, real estate transactional documents including letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, covenants, easement
