Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney to join the Workplace Safety & Health Practice Group to work out of the Tysons Corner or Washington, D.C. office. Successful candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of labor and employment law experience including at least 3-5 years handling Federal OSHA or state related safety and health matters. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and significant litigation experience; experience at hearings and trial is strongly preferred. This position is "on track" and is eligible for Shareholder elevation.
