Our Affordable Housing & Real Estate Group is seeking to hire an attorney with at least five years of experience to join our Rochester office. This position can be on partnership track, or off-track. We are flexible for the right candidate.
Qualified candidates will have experience working on sophisticated real estate transactions and development projects representing buyers, sellers, and developers of commercial, institutional, retail and industrial properties, as well as landlords and tenants. The ideal candidate will have experience focusing on one or more of the following areas: real estate acquisitions, dispositions and financing transactions, commerical leasing, real estate development, zoning and land use.
Stellar academic credentials, superb judgement and communication skills, a commitment to excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will also be attributes of a strong candidate for this role.
