Our Corporate Practice Group is seeking to hire a mid-level associate to join our Tax Team in any of our U.S. offices, or remote.
The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience with broad knowledge of corporate and transactional tax matters. The successful candidate will support our general corporate law team on matters in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, SPACs, and REITs. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services.
