The ideal candidate will have two to six years of experience working on complex mergers and acquisitions and other major business transactions, with a focus on private companies, private equity, equity financings and other business transactions. Ideally, a candidate would have industry knowledge in the food and beverage, technology sectors and/or life sciences. In addition to complex transactions, candidates will need to be comfortable interacting with sophisticated clients and their accounting and financial advisors. Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence, an aptitude for client development/management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
