Holland & Hart's Private Client Group is seeking a junior associate (0-3 years of experience in trust & estate planning) to join their growing Denver-based team. This position will involve (i) creating, drafting, and implementing sophisticated wealth transfer plans for high net worth individuals and (ii) collaborating and assisting with all aspects of complex estate and trust administration matters.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, stellar interpersonal skills, the ability to proactively anticipate and resolve issues in a timely manner, and the aptitude to work in a team environment. Excellent legal research, verbal communication and writing skills are required. A strong candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, solid organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and be able to prioritize tasks in a high stress environment. Prior professional experience and/or an LLM is a plus.

Salary Range:
Holland & Hart’s compensation is merit-based. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $180,000 - $220,000. A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance. Associates are also eligible for fee splits.
