The Role The Assistant General Counsel will be an important member of the Legal and Compliance Department, providing direct support to one of our Associate General Counsels and to the Company’s Biologics business unit, including both Biotherapeutics and Cell and Gene therapy, as well as providing support as needed to other department personnel on a wide variety of matters. This attorney will also provide advice on, and assistance in negotiating and documenting, many types of commercial and other relationships in the business unit, as well as mergers and acquisition matters and all other matters relating to the success of the business unit.
