Epstein Becker & Green is seeking a mid-level associate to join its national management-side labor and employment practice.  Ideally the candidate would work from the firm’s Washington, DC or New York, NY locations, but we will also consider candidates in Boston, Chicago, Columbus, or Newark.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant litigation experience.  The ideal candidate should have experience interviewing witnesses, reviewing electronically stored documents, drafting pleadings and various motions and briefs, conducting and defending depositions, interacting with clients and opposing counsel, and appearing in court.  Knowledge of federal and state labor & employment laws (e.g., wage and hour, trade secret law, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADEA, FMLA, ADA, and similar state laws) a plus.  Experience providing advice and counsel on workplace law issues and significant wage and hour experience are also beneficial. 

Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills. Juris Doctorate degree required. Admission to practice law in one of the following jurisdictions is mandatory:  Illinois, Ohio, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, or Washington, DC.
