Our Project Finance, Infrastructure & Real Estate Department is looking to hire a midlevel Affordable Housing Associate to join our New York City office.

The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience doing real estate deals. Qualified candidates will have substantial transactional experience representing developers and investors in building, acquiring and financing multifamily and commercial properties as well as a mission-driven orientation to housing and community development. Knowledge of federal, state and New York City affordable housing and community development programs and regulations is preferred but not required.
Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a demonstrated commitment to doing deals at the highest level.
