Our
Corporate Practice Group is seeking to hire a mid-level to senior associate to join our
Los Angeles office.

The ideal candidate will have more than four years of experience working on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, emerging growth/venture capital, private equity, joint ventures, commercial agreements and other business transactions. Experience with deals in the software, technology, healthcare or life sciences industries is a significant plus. Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills and a commitment to excellence.
