Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. seeks an experienced hazardous waste lawyer with five to fifteen years of practice to join our firm in any of our seven offices.

The ideal candidate must have substantial RCRA practice experience, including work related to the definition of solid waste, characterization of hazardous waste, counseling on waste generation, transportation, recycling and regulatory exemption issues, and the permitting of waste treatment, storage and disposal facilities. Experience with advocacy in the context of RCRA rulemaking and/or enforcement is preferred. All candidates should have a strong academic background, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A technical background is a plus, as is relevant government experience at the federal or state levels. The successful candidate will play a key role in the firm’s market-leading circular economy practice.
